I have over 25 years of experience as a litigator for the U.S. Dempartment of Labor. I’m admitted to the Bar in New Jersey and New York. I’ve tried Title I ERISA cases in U.S. District Court, and dozens of OSHA and MSHA cases in administrative fora. Highlights include the Tropicana parking garage collapse and Chao v. Merino (establishing that fiduciaries can be barred even where they did not profit from their breaches). I’ve shut down health plan fraud schemes and untangled complex workplace safety problems.
